Reviewing Student Results
Open your course's assignments page.
Select the assignment you would like to review.
Step by Step
On the next page, click the link to attempts.
The attempt summary for each activity type is slightly different. The project/exercise view, pictured to the left, lists attempts by student in a table format. Clicking the timestamps or the Grade leads you to the individual attempt view, and clicking "Download file" will let you review the actual document the student modified for the project.
The exam attempts review page has a few more features, but does not include document review, even for skill exams. It generates a filterable table of results and a graph of score distributions within those results, You can click "Review attempt" or the score under the username to view the individual attempt.
The individual attempt review displays details on each question and their results. For skill exams and projects, the answers will be 1 or 0 as the grading is done by the SNAP application before it's sent back to the LMS.
If you download an attempt document from a project/exercise, you can view the student changes, the inline feedback, and a table at the end displaying the criteria and grade for each question of the project/exercise.
Student work on SNAP 2016 skill based exams (Projects/Exercises/Skills), is captured and stored in SNAP. Every mouse click and keystroke the student uses to complete a skill based exam is stored in SNAP on the Student Attempts page under Step Images.
The student Step Images are captured and uploaded if the student’s Internet connection is sufficiently large enough to accommodate file uploading.
The images are uploaded in real-time, as the exam is in progress, and continue until the student completes or abandons the attempt.
The Step Images and keystrokes prove detailed insight regarding student interaction during the exam and are available only to the course instructor.
Exams attempted after 3/21/2017 using the Evergreen app will contain Step Images.
Drag and drop actions are not captured, however the image will show the result of changes to the document when the mouse is clicked or keyboard event keys are selected
Keystrokes contain all key entries including characters, numbers, special characters, backspace, tab, and function keys.
To view the exam Step Images, do the following:
1. Select the Skill assignment from your LMS
2. Select Student Attempts
3. Navigate to the student name and select Review attempt
